Rosberg CD & DVD Shop shall accept the customer's order on the terms and conditions of the website. If the website contains typographic, printing or arithmetical errors, Rosberg CD & DVD Shop shall be entitled to rescind the contract.
The customer shall in turn be entitled to rescind the contract by e-mail or by returning the merchandise within two weeks.
The customer shall not be entitled to rescind the contract if the seal of purchase of audio or video recordings (CDs, DVDs, etc.) has been broken.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the merchandise shall be shipped from the warehouse to the address indicated by the customer. All indications about the time of delivery shall be non-committal unless Rosberg CD & DVD Shop has exceptionally committed to a delivery deadline.
The purchase price shall be due at the time the order is placed. The customer may pay for the merchandise with a credit card.
The merchandise shall remain the property of Rosberg CD & DVD Shop until the customer's account has been fully settled.
If the merchandise shows a defect that needs to be covered by Rosberg CD & DVD Shop, the customer may request the defect to be remedied or the merchandise to be replaced.
Unless stated otherwise below, the customer's subsequent claims shall not be valid, regardless of the legal reasons. Unless it concerns the merchandise itself, Rosberg CD & DVD Shop therefore shall not be liable for any damage, especially not for lost revenues or other economic losses sustained by the customer. Unless the liability of Rosberg CD & DVD Shop is exclusive or limited, this stipulation shall also apply to the personal liability of employees, sales representatives and other vicarious agents.
Rosberg CD & DVD Shop shall use a secure transmission method, i.e. the Secure Socket Layer system (SSL), to process all data supplied by customers. All information transmitted with this secure method will be encoded before they are sent to us. Rosberg CD & DVD Shop shall not reveal the customer's personal data to third parties.
Austrian law shall apply.
